Helpful Tips
  • Each hit will allow you to view partial headnote information
  • When searching for a Florida Law Weekly citation, be sure to search by wildcard if you don't know the suffix of the page number (e.g., "27 fla. l. weekly d1234* ")
  • Multiple phrases may be included in searches
  • To search for a statute with items in parentheses, enclose the statute in quotation marks (i.e., search as a phrase)
  • Phrase searches for reporter citations (e.g., So.2d) can be made with the or operator to compensate for inconsistent spacing by the courts (e.g., "608 So.2d 1083" or "608 So. 2d 1083")
